Automation expert obsessed with teaching you how to scale 

Hi! My name is Callan Faulkner 🤗. I’m glad you’re here.

To briefly introduce myself, I am an automation consultant and *obsessed* with teaching business owners how to automate and scale their businesses.

In 2020, I started a real estate investing business while also having a full time job. I quickly realized I needed technology to help me automate manual tasks and streamline our processes. After setting up tools like CRM, Slack, Zapier, SignNow, OpenPhone, and Calendly and hiring Virtual Assistants - our business runs with less than 8 hours of effort per week.

After showing a few other business owners my tools and processes, I quickly realized that most business owners are completely overwhelmed by the idea of automation. They just don’t know where to start and who they need to help them. 


This has led me down the path of building specific group courses, where I teach business owners and their staff the fundamentals of automation and how to use the right tools & technology to save time, increase productivity and get more done.

I have two group courses, one specifically for real estate investors
(rei optimize) and one for general business owners (the optimize project).

Each group course runs for 10 weeks and is a combination of live coaching, homework and pre-recorded videos that need to be completed before each coaching session.
